Returns:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items: Used products, sale items, gift cards.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery.
